Director Declaration

Further to the announcement on 21 April 2020, Malcolm Diamond, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has informed the Board that he will retire as Non-Executive Chairman of Flowtech Fluidpower plc with effect from 1 August 2020, rather than 3 June 2020 as previously advised.
