Director's Shareholding
Acal plc (LSE : ACL, "Acal" or the "Company"), in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1), announces that it has been notified by Malcolm Diamond, a Non-Executive Director, that he purchased today 10,000 of the Company's ordinary shares of 5 pence each at a price of 279 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Diamond is interested in 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company ( 0.016% of the issued share capital).
