Directors' Dealings

The Company announces that it has received notification that, on 10 October 2008, Steve Driver, Chief Executive, purchased 11,417 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 71.25p per Ordinary Share. The beneficial interest of Mr. Driver following the purchase is now 3,783,137 Ordinary Shares representing 14.34% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
