Director/PDMR Shareholding
Driver, the global construction consultancy, announces that Sandford Services Limited, a company wholly controlled by Non Executive Chairman Alan McClue and his wife Sheila McClue, has today purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 33 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Alan McClue and his connected persons now have a beneficial interest in 317,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.2 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, which are held on their behalf in nominee accounts.
