BOARD CHANGE

Driver, which provides a broad range of consultancy services to the construction and engineering industries, announces that Damien McDonald, age 37, has been appointed Finance Director for the Group as from 1 August 2010. This follows Colin White's resignation as previously announced on 31 March 2010 and the Board's agreement that the resignation takes effect on 31 July 2010 in order that Colin can take up a new role.

Damien joined Driver in April 2008 and has worked closely with Colin since then. As Colin's deputy, he has been an integral part of the team and this promotion recognises his contribution to date. Damien previously worked for United Utilities, the UK's largest listed water company, in financial management roles for more than nine years. The Directors believe that Damien's integration into his new role and the time spent in working with Colin enables Colin to be released from the Company earlier than previously envisaged.

The Directors would like to thank Colin for the significant contribution he has made to Driver since he joined in 2007.

Steve Driver, Executive Chairman, said,

"We are sorry to be announcing Colin's departure but are pleased to announce the smooth transfer of his role to his deputy, Damien McDonald.

We would like to put on record our formal thanks to Colin for his commitment and contribution to the Group since he joined in 2007 and wish him well for the future."

There is no additional information that needs to be disclosed in relation to the new directorship in accordance with the requirements of paragraph (g) Schedule Two, the AIM Rules for Companies.
