Director/PDMR Shareholding

Driver, the global construction consultancy, announces that on 04 October 2011, Sandford Services Limited, a company wholly controlled by Non-executive Chairman Alan McClue and his wife Sheila McClue, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 21 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Alan McClue and his connected persons now have a beneficial interest in 217,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.82 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, which are held on their behalf in nominee accounts.

The above transaction has been notified in accordance with DTR3.1.4R (1) (a) of the Financial Services Authority.
