Director/PDMR Shareholding

Driver, the global construction consultancy, announces that on 2 November 2011 Sandford Services Limited, a company wholly controlled by Non Executive Chairman Alan McClue and his wife Sheila McClue, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 25 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Alan McClue and his connected persons now have a beneficial interest in 267,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.01 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, which are held on their behalf in nominee accounts.
