Non Executive Director
Driver, the global construction consultancy, announces the final change to the Group Board following the recent appointments of W Alan McClue as Chairman and Colin Davies as Non Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee.
It has been agreed that Gary Turner will now stand down from his engagement as Non Executive Director in order to concentrate on the consultancy role he has with the Company. This is with immediate effect.
Dave Webster, CEO, says:
"I would like to thank Gary for his support and advice whilst on the Group Board. It is clear he has a lot to offer in the development of our operational businesses and I am pleased we will continue working together in his consultancy and advisory capacity."
