BOARD CHANGE
Driver, which provides a broad range of consultancy services to the construction and engineering industries, is pleased to announce that Gary Turner will join the board as an additional non-executive director on 1 October 2010.
Mr Turner, aged 51, spent his entire executive career in the construction industry, joining Tarmac construction in 1975 and becoming Chief QS for Tarmac UK Civil Engineering in 1998. In 2003, he was appointed Commercial Director for Carillion Building, Health and Facilities Management during which period he oversaw the commercial integration of Mowlem and Alfred McAlpine following their acquisition in 2006 and 2008.
In 2008 Mr Turner was appointed Head of Commercial for Carillion U.K. and was elected to the Council of Management for the Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors.
He retired from a full time role at Carillion in 2009 and is retained to advise on dispute resolution.
Mr Turner is also a director of Gary Turner Consultancy Limited.
There are no additional matters which require to be disclosed in compliance with the requirements of paragraph (g), Schedule Two AIM Rules for Companies.
