Driver Group plc15 November 2005 Driver Group plc ("Driver Group" or the "Company") Directors' and connected persons share transactions Further to the announcement on 9 November 2005, Driver Group has been informedthat on 14 November 2005, the Driver Group Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust")acquired a further 40,590 ordinary shares of 0.4p each in the capital of theCompany ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 76p per share and 10,000 OrdinaryShares at a price of 75p per share. In addition, on 15 November 2005, the Trust acquired 15,000 Ordinary Shares at aprice of 75.75p per share. This brings the Trust's total shareholding to 146,590 Ordinary Shares andrepresents approximately 0.63% of the issued ordinary share capital of theCompany.
