Driver Group plc31 March 2006 Driver Group plc (the "Company") Issue of equity The Company announces that it has raised approximately £750,000 via a placing of1,027,397 new ordinary shares of 0.4p each ("Ordinary Shares") at 73p per share.This placing will be used to support the development of the Company. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to tradingon AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 5 April 2006. The new OrdinaryShares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue andincrease the number of Ordinary Shares in issue to 24,232,874. Following this placing, Unicorn AIM VCT I Series 2 and Unicorn AIM VCT II, fundsunder the management of Unicorn Asset Management Limited, will hold in aggregate1,027,397 Ordinary Shares, which represents 4.24% of the Company's enlargedissued Ordinary Share capital.
