Driver Group plc31 March 2006 Driver Group plc (the "Company") Issue of equity The Company announces that it has raised approximately £750,000 via a placing of1,027,397 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ("Ordinary Shares") at 73p per share.This placing will be used to help support the development of the Company. Application has been made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading onAIM and dealings are expected to commence on 5 April 2006. The Ordinary Shareswill rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue and increase thenumber of Ordinary Shares in issue to 24,232,874. Following this placing, Unicorn Asset Management Limited will hold 1,027,397Ordinary Shares, which represents 4.24% of the Company's issued Ordinary Sharecapital.
