Driver Group plc, the global professional services consultancy to construction and engineering industries, was notified on 26 September 2016, that on that date, Hugh Cawley, Group Finance Director of the Company, purchased 21,191 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 47 pence per Ordinary Share.
