Directors' Dealings

The Company announces that it received notification on 20 January 2009 that on 20 January 2009, Steve Driver, Chief Executive, transferred 11,417 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ("Ordinary Shares") at nil consideration to certain family members. The beneficial interest of Mr. Driver following the transfer is now 3,776,137 Ordinary Shares representing 14.31% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
