Driver Group plc04 March 2008 DRV 4 March 2008 Driver Group PLC ("Driver" or "the Company") Issue of options Driver announces that, on 3 March 2008, the Company resolved to grant options inrespect of 1,585,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ("Ordinary Shares") in thecapital of the Company ("Options") under the Company's Enterprise ManagementIncentive Option Scheme. An option over 100,000 Ordinary Shares has been granted to Colin White, FinanceDirector of the Company. As a result, Colin White is now interested in 100,000Ordinary Shares under option, representing 3.6 per cent. of the total number ofOrdinary Shares which are subject to options granted by the Company. Theremaining Options have been granted to various employees. The Options have been granted at an exercise price of 81.9p and are exercisablebetween 1 December 2010 and 4 March 2018.
