Issue of options

Driver announces that, on 30 June 2009, the Company resolved to grant options in respect of 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company ("Options") under the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive Option Scheme.

The Options have been granted at an exercise price of 67.5p and are exercisable between 1 July 2012 and 1 July 2019.
