Driver Group plc03 March 2008 DRV 3 March 2008 Driver Group PLC ("Driver" or "the Company") Appointment of Director Following the announcement made today, of the acquisition by the Company ofCommercial Management Consultants Limited ("CMC"), the engineering andconstruction consultants, Bob Parfitt, Managing Director of CMC, has joined theboard of Driver as an Executive Director with immediate effect. Bob's service agreement can be terminated on twelve months' notice, in writing,by either party. He is entitled to a salary of £100,000 per annum and theagreement includes usual covenants prohibiting Bob Parfitt from solicitingbusiness, employees or customers of the Company for a period of 12 monthsfollowing termination.
