AGM STATEMENT 

Driver Group, which provides specialist dispute resolution and commercial services to the construction and engineering industries, will be holding its Annual General Meeting today and Chairman, Michael Davis, will make the following comment:  

"I am very pleased to report that trading over the first four months of the new financial year has been very encouraging and in line with management expectations, giving us confidence for the remainder of the year.

We commenced the new financial year with increased consultancy capacity, both in the UK and in the Middle East, and we see good potential for continuing growth, particularly in the South of England and Oman.

Across the different sub-sectors of the construction and engineering industries, demand for our specialist services from the public, civil engineering, energy and transport sectors remains good, underpinned by committed government spending and long term infrastructure projects. Our work for financial institutions involved with distressed or insolvent businesses continues to develop.

Looking ahead, we remain confident that the business is well-placed to achieve its growth targets."
