DIPLOMA PLC - DIRECTOR'S INTEREST IN SHARES
Diploma PLC (the "Company") has been notified today that Mr NP Lingwood, Group Finance Director of the Company, disposed of 115,723 Ordinary Shares at £12.61 per share.
Following this disposal, Mr Lingwood's beneficial interest in the shares of the Company is 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.09% of the Company's issued share capital.
