DIPLOMA PLC - DIRECTOR'S INTERESTS IN SHARES

Diploma PLC (the "Company") has been notified that on 2 July 2014, Mr BM Thompson, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, disposed of 8,950 Ordinary Shares at 659 pence per share and has acquired, through a personal savings vehicle, 8,950 Ordinary Shares at 659 pence per share.

BM Thompson's beneficial interest in the shares of the Company remains unchanged at 1,060,462 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.94% of the Company's issued share capital.
