DIPLOMA PLC NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR CHANGES
Diploma PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Anne Thorburn as a Non-Executive Director with effect from Monday, 7 September 2015. Anne also joined the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees from that date and will become Chairman of the Audit Committee following the finalisation of the 2015 Annual Report in November.
Anne has many years of experience at Board level in listed international groups. She is currently Chief Financial Officer at Exova Group plc and previously served as Group Finance Director at British Polythene Industries PLC. Anne is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland.
Marie-Louise Clayton will retire as Chairman of the Audit Committee and from the Board on 16 November 2015 having completed her term of appointment. The Board thanks Marie-Louise for her contribution to Diploma PLC and wishes her well for the future.
There are no other details that require to be disclosed in respect of Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
