SUBMISSION OF 2008Β ANNUALΒ REPORT, NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND FORM OF PROXY
The Annual ReportΒ for the year ended 30 September 2008Β has today been posted to shareholders, together with an explanatoryΒ Circular andΒ Notice of Annual General Meeting.
A copy of the Annual Report is also available on request from the Company Secretary, Diploma PLC,Β 12Β Charterhouse Square,Β London,Β EC1MΒ 6AXΒ or from the Company's website:Β www.diplomaplc.com
The Company has today submitted two copies of the following documents to the UKLA at the Document Viewing Facility for inspection: Β (a) the Annual Report for the financial year ended 30 September 2008;
(b) an explanatory Circular and Notice of Annual General Meeting (βAGMβ) dated 1 December 2008 sent to all shareholders entitled to vote at the meeting.
(c) a form of proxy in relation to the AGM; and
(d) proposed new Articles of Association and a black lined mark up of the current Articles of Association.
