Board Changes
dotdigital Group plc (AIM: DOTD), the leading 'SaaS' provider of an omnichannel marketing automation and customer engagement platform, announces the following changes to the Board of Directors.
Richard Kellett-Clarke, Non-Executive Chairman of dotdigital, has offered his resignation to the board, which has been accepted, due to private matters in his other directorship. Tink Taylor will assume the role of Interim Chairman until such time as a full-time appointment can be made in accordance with corporate governance guidelines. The Company will accelerate its search for a new Chairman and will provide an update as soon as practicable.
Milan Patel, Chief Executive Officer of dotdigital, commented:
"I would like to thank Richard for all his tremendous efforts at dotdigital and all the help and support he has given the Company and me in the past eight years."
