Grant of Options
dotdigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading 'SAAS' provider of an omnichannel marketing automation and customer engagement platform, announces it granted George Kasparian, Finance Director and Company Secretary of the Company, 58,315 options over ordinary shares of 0.5 pence in the Company (the "Options") on 24 December 2021, pursuant to the dotdigital Performance Share Plan 2017.
The Options have a nominal exercise price and represent 0.02% of the Company's total voting rights. These become exercisable subject to hitting defined performance targets and continued employment. The performance measures are based on the Company's total shareholder return and earnings per share in 2024.
Following this grant of Options, the total number of options outstanding in the Company are 5,138,575, representing 1.7% of the Company's total voting rights.
