AGM Arrangements Update
AGM Date: 22 December 2021
dotdigital Group plc (AIM: DOTD), the leading 'SaaS' provider of an omnichannel marketing automation and customer engagement platform, announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will now be held virtually on 22 December 2021 at 11:00 GMT in the light of new Covid-19 guidelines in England.
The Company's highest priority is the health and wellbeing of its stakeholders and employees. This has been the case throughout the Covid-19 crisis, and it is for this reason that all shareholders are requested not to attend the AGM in person.
In order to ensure that shareholders and investors are able to follow the proceedings of the AGM, the Company will provide access online to the meeting. Shareholders who wish to attend must register via email to AGM@dotdigital.com. Shareholders and investors will need to provide proof of their holding.
Shareholders may submit questions for the Board and management to consider via the AGM@dotdigital.com email address from 9:00am on Friday 17 December 2021 until 9:00am on Wednesday 22 December 2021. We would politely remind you that at the AGM the Directors will not answer questions relating to the individual rights of shareholders or any non-business matters.
