DOMINO'S PIZZA GROUP PLC

SHARE REPURCHASE PROGRAMME

Domino's Pizza Group plc (the "Company") announces that from today until 31 December 2022 it will commence a discretionary programme to purchase up to £46 million of the Company's ordinary shares of 25/48 pence each (the "Ordinary Shares") (the "Programme").

The purpose of the Programme is to reduce the Company's share capital and accordingly the Company intends to cancel the Ordinary Shares purchased under the Programme.

Any purchases will be conducted in compliance with the relevant conditions for trading, restrictions regarding time and volume, disclosure and reporting obligations, and price conditions. The Company confirms that it currently has no unpublished Inside Information.

The Programme will be conducted by the Company in accordance with and under the terms of the general authority granted by the Company's shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 22 April 2021, which authority will expire at the end of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company in 2022 or, if earlier, at the close of business on 22 July 2022 ("2021 Authority").  Purchases effected following the expiry of the 2021 Authority will be conditional on a similar shareholder authority being granted at the Company's annual general meeting to be held on 5 May 2022. The Programme will be carried out on the London Stock Exchange and executed within the parameters of the Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014/EU and the Commission Delegated Regulation 2016/1052/EU (as in force in the UK from time to time, including where relevant pursuant to the Market Abuse (Amendment)(EU Exit) Regulations 2019) and Chapter 12 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules.

The aggregate maximum consideration payable by the Company in respect of the purchase of shares under the Programme up to 31 December 2022 is £46 million. Subject to any additional authority granted at the Company's 2022 AGM, the maximum number of shares that may be purchased under the Programme is 29,339,888 (being the number of shares able to be purchased under the 2021 Authority less share repurchases already made under the 2021 Authority).
