Board change

Domino's Pizza Group plc ("Domino's") announces that Mitesh Patel, an independent Non-executive Director, will step down from the Board with effect from today to focus on his other commitments.

Anne Murphy will assume the role of Designated Non-executive Director for workforce engagement.

Ian Bull, Chair said: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Mitesh for his contribution during his time on the Board and wish him every success for the future."

Mitesh Patel said: "I have learned a huge amount on the Board and wish Domino's and the Board and each and every colleague the very best for the future."
