Board change

Domino's Pizza Group plc ("Domino's") reported in its 2018 Annual Report and Accounts that Helen Keays would be approaching nine years as an independent non-executive director during 2020. Mrs Keays has advised the Board that, having served on the Board since September 2011, she intends to retire as a director with effect from the end of the Company's Annual General Meeting in 2020 and will not be standing for re-election.

Ian Bull, Domino's Interim Chairman said: "On behalf of the Board, I should like to extend my thanks to Helen for her unstinting contribution to the Company and the Board over many years. I should also like to thank Helen for her support and counsel since I joined the Board and wish her success for the future."
