Dunedin Enterprise Inv Trust PLC19 September 2007 Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC (Company No SC52844) - InterimManagement Statement Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC ("Dunedin Enterprise") specialises inthe provision of private equity finance. This is the first Interim ManagementStatement issued by Dunedin Enterprise in accordance with the Rule 4.3 of the UKListing Authority's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules. This InterimManagement Statement relates to the three month period from 1 May 2007 to 31July 2007. 1. Financial Position and Performance In the quarter to 31 July 2007, the unaudited net asset per share ofDunedin Enterprise rose from 541.9p at 30 April 2007 to 544.1p at 31 July 2007,an increase of 0.4%. The share price fell from 462p on 30 April 2007 to 439p on31 July 2007, a movement of -5.0%. This compares to a decrease in the FTSE SmallCap Index ex investment companies during the same period of -5.0%. The discount of the share price to net asset value per share rose from14.7% on 30 April 2007 to 19.3% on 31 July 2007. 2. Material Events and Transactions In the three months to 31 July 2007, Dunedin Enterprise received a total of £20mfrom realisations including the sale of Zenith Vehicle Contracts and therecapitalisation of Practice Plan. In the three months to 31 July 2007 Dunedin Enterprise invested £28m inaggregate. This included investments in four listed private equity companies:CapMan PLC, Deutsche Beteiligungs AG, Dinamia Capital Privado and GIMV n.v.; thebuyout of Fernau Avionics and the recapitalisation of Practice Plan.
