Dunedin Enterprise Inv Trust PLC07 April 2008 Quarterly Disclosure 31 March 2008 Quarterly Disclosure of 10 largest investments/investments with a value greaterthan 5% of Gross Assets In accordance with revisions to the Listing Rules for investment companies andinvestment trusts which are effective as from 1 November 2003, DunedinEnterprise Investment Trust PLC (the 'Company') intends to provide details ofthe 10 largest investments and all investments with a value greater than 5% byvalue of the gross assets of the Company in respect of the quarters ending 31March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December. The disclosure will be made using the valuations and consolidated gross assetsfrom the most recent set of audited annual accounts or reviewed interim accounts(31 December and 30 June respectively), with adjustments made in respect of thecost of investment made, the bid price of quoted holdings and realisationssince those dates.
