1. Unaudited net asset value per share

The unaudited net asset value per share at 31 March 2024 was 623.5p. This is stated after payment of a dividend of 10p per share on 19 January 2024.  This compares to the net asset value per share of 624.8p as at 31 December 2023.

2. Share price

The share price has increased by from 510.5p to 492.5p in the quarter to 31 March 2024. The share price total return for the quarter to 31 March 2024 was -1.6%. This compares to a decrease in the FTSE Small Cap Index of 1.5% over the same period. The discount to net asset value at 31 March 2024 was 21.0%.

The portfolio of investments has been re-valued at 31 March 2024. There were no significant valuation movements in the quarter.

5. Cash and Commitments

Dunedin Enterprise had cash and near cash balances of £26.0m at 31 March 2024. Outstanding capital commitments to limited partnership funds are £7.6m.

6. Dividend

A dividend of 10.0p per share was paid to shareholders on 19 January 2024.
