Dunedin Enterprise Inv Trust PLC06 August 2007 Quarterly Disclosure Quarterly Disclosure of 10 largest investments/investments with a value greaterthan 5% of Gross Assets In accordance with revisions to the Listing Rules for investment companies andinvestment trusts which are effective as from 1 November 2003, DunedinEnterprise Investment Trust PLC (the 'Company') intends to provide details ofthe 10 largest investments and all investments with a value greater than 5% byvalue of the gross assets of the Company in respect of the quarters ending 31January, 30 April, 31 July and 31 October. The disclosure will be made using the valuations and consolidated gross assetsfrom the most recent set of audited annual accounts or reviewed interim accounts(30 April and 31 October respectively), with adjustments made in respect of thecost of investment made and realisations since those dates. On the above basis, as at 31 July 2007 (based on 30 April 2007 valuations) thefollowing investments have a value greater than 5% of the gross assets of theCompany or are its 10 largest investments: % of gross assets Practice Plan Group (Holdings) Limited 9.3SWIP Private Equity Fund of Funds II PLC 9.1C.G.I. Group Limited 8.3Capula Group Limited 5.0WFEL Holdings Limited 3.9Dinamia Capital Privada SA 3.1Deutsche Beteiligungs AG 3.0GIMV 3.0CapMan Plc 3.0ABI (UK) Group Limited 2.4 Investment and Realisation movements since 30 April 2007: ZVC Group Limited was realised in June 2007, generating proceeds of £10.8m.Practice Plan Group (Holdings) Limited underwent a recapitalisation in May 2007,Dunedin Enterprise realised £6.7m from the recapitalisation and re-invested£9.4m. Additional investments were made to the following European quoted private equitystocks, Dinamia Capital Privada SA (£5.0m), Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (£3.7m),GIMV (£3.2m) and CapMan plc(£3.0m).
