Doric Nimrod Air Two Limited (the "Company") has published on 22 March 2012 a supplementary prospectus (the "Supplementary Prospectus") to the prospectus dated 12 March 2012 in connection with its proposed Admission of 100,250,000 C Shares at an issue price of 200p per C Share (the "Prospectus").

Publication of the Supplementary Prospectus

Copies of the Supplementary Prospectus are available for inspection at the registered office of the Company, Nimrod Capital LLP and the National Storage Mechanism, UK Listing Authority, The Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS (http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do).
