The Company announces that Mr Norbert Bannon, an independent non-executive director and chairman of the Company, has resigned from the Board effective 27 March, 2018.
The Board thanks Mr Bannon for his valuable contribution to the Company since its incorporation.
Mr Geoffrey Hall, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as chairman of the Company.
