Notification of interests of Directors, Persons DischargingManagerial Responsibility ("PDMR") and Persons Closely Associated ("PCA")
Derwent London plc (the Company) announces the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares of 5p each ('Shares').
Paul Williams (Chief Executive and PDMR) has notified the Company that he has transferred 1,288 Shares to each of his daughters, Miss Katharine Williams and Miss Abigail Williams (both PCAs) for nil consideration. Following the transfer, the aggregate shareholding of Paul Williams and persons closely associated with him remains unchanged.
