Blavod Extreme Spirits PLC12 March 2007 Blavod Extreme Spirits PLC ('Blavod' or the 'Company') Offer Talks Terminated On 28 November 2007 the Board of Blavod Extreme Spirits PLC ("Board") announcedthat it had received a signed Letter of Intent from an unnamed (NASDAQ) OTC:BBlisted company that may or may not lead to an all share offer being made for theshares in the Company and further confirmed in its interim statement on 29December 2006 and in a trading update on 11 January 2007 that these talks wereongoing. The Board of Blavod now confirms that it has terminated discussions with theofferor for the purchase of the Company as a result of the offeror's inabilityto provide due diligence comfort to the Blavod Board regarding specific offerorcompany information.
