Director/PDMR Shareholding
The CompanyΒ was notifiedΒ on the 20 January 2009 of the following transactionsΒ inΒ the ordinary sharesΒ of 1p each in the capital of theΒ CompanyΒ ('Ordinary Shares').
On 19 January 2009, Richard Ambler, Managing Director,Β purchased 81,149Β OrdinaryΒ SharesΒ at a price of 4.5 pence perΒ share. On 20 January 2009, Richard Ambler, purchased a further 85,752 Ordinary Shares at a price ofΒ 4.1Β pence perΒ share. Both purchases were made through his personal SIPP.
Richard AmblerΒ is now interested inΒ 1,132,339 OrdinaryΒ Shares, representingΒ 1.29Β per cent of the issued share capital.
