Blavod Extreme Spirits PLC02 October 2007 Blavod Extreme Spirits plc ("Blavod" or the "Company") Disposal Update 2 October 2007 The Company announces that it has agreed with Black Diamond Spirits, LLC anextension to the time for completion of the disposal of the business and assetsof Blavod Extreme Spirits USA, Inc. which was approved at an EGM on Monday 24September 2007. The date for completion has been extended by one week and is now expected totake place on or before Friday 5 October 2007. As previously announced the Company's Report and Accounts for the year ended 31March 2007 will be finalised following completion of the Disposal.
