Appointment of Director
The Board of Dunedin Income Growth Investment Trust PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Katrina Hart as an independent non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 March 2026.
Katrina spent her executive career in investment banking, advising, analysing and commentating on a broad range of businesses. Initially working in corporate finance at ING Barings and Hawkpoint Partners, she then moved into equities research at HSBC. Latterly, she headed up the Financials research teams at Bridgewell Group and Canaccord Genuity, specialising in wealth and asset managers.
She is currently Chair of JPMorgan UK Small Cap Growth & Income plc and Blackrock Frontiers Investment Trust plc and a non-executive director of AEW UK REIT plc and Montanaro Asset Management Limited. As previously announced, Katrina will be retiring from the Board of AEW UK REIT plc at the AGM scheduled to be held in September 2026.
Within the past five years, she has been a director of Keystone Positive Change Investment Trust plc and Polar Capital Global Financials Trust plc.
Katrina will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting to be held in May 2026. There are no other disclosures required under Section 6.4.8 of the FCA's Listing Rules in relation to this appointment.
