The Board of Dolphin received notification on 24 October 2022 that Mr Nicholas John Paris, Independent Non-Executive Director, had purchased 347,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at an average price of 3.94 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Paris has a beneficial interest in 1,634,487 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.18% of the Company's issued share capital.
Please note that the disclosure made on 21 October, Mr Paris' beneficial interest should have been stated as 919,987. All subsequent disclosures have been accurate.
