DCI Advisors Ltd - British Virgin Islands-based real estate investment company - Confirms approval and payment of initial tranche of EUR1.5 million grant from Greek government for Kilada project in the Argolis region of Greece. This payment, delayed from expected approval date in October, is the first tranche of a EUR6.0 million grant for the Kilada Country Club, Golf & Residences project, DCI's main asset. The group believes it will finish the project's golf course and country club during 2024. The remaining grants will be paid in stages depending on further spending demanded by the Kilada project.

DCI Advisors Ltd - investor and developer in the residential resort sector - Says criminal charges have been filed by DCI against Miltos Kambourides, Michael Tsirikos, and some members of staff of DCP and DCP's close business partner Zoniro SA in Greece. Says the charges involve allegations of money laundering and abuse of corporate governance. Says 9 cases filed. Cases are related to DCI's termination of its contract with investment manager DCP in March 2023 on basis of a failure by DCP to disclose a share option contract with Amanzoe resort in 2018.

(Sharecast News) - DCI Advisors reported a decline in net asset value in its half-year report on Friday, to €123.5m before accounting for deferred tax liabilities and €116.9m after.

IN BRIEF: DCI Advisors agrees two further loan agreements

DCI Advisors Ltd - London-based real estate investment trust - Enters two further loan agreements with a DCI shareholder to provide additional working capital. Estimates when combined with the shareholder loans announced previously, the loans will total EUR2.0 million. Notes the four previous loans amounted to EUR350,000 each and the new loans are for USD330,000 in total. All of the loans have identical terms and are for a 12-month term bearing an interest rate of 12% per annum. Intends to repay the loans from the proceeds of the sale of company assets. If the loans have not been repaid by September 30, collateral in the form of security over certain company assets will be put in place which would exceed the aggregate value of the loans. Explains the two new loan agreements have been entered into with funds managed by Almitas Capital LLC which controls 11.1% of the company.

(Alliance News) - DCI Advisors Ltd on Wednesday said it has changed its name from Dolphin Capital Investors, following the termination of its contract with its investment manager.

Dolphin Capital Investors Ltd - real estate investment trust - Says has drawn down the third of a number of loan agreements with DCI shareholders which are intended to provide additional working capital and which are expected to amount to up to EUR2.0 million. This loan has been made by Discover Investment Co which is a related party as disclosed in announcement on April 19. Explains these shareholder loans each have identical terms to one another and are for a 12-month term bearing an interest rate of 12% per annum. Intends to repay the shareholder loans from the proceeds of the sale of company assets.

Dolphin Capital Investors LTD - British Virgin Islands-based investor in high-end resort developments in the eastern Mediterranean - Agrees outline of arrangement to secure funding for finalisation of Kilada Golf Course and the County Club through an 85% to 15% split its joint venture partner. Dolphin Capital will be responsible for 85% of the funding for the first phase, and the partner will deploy EUR2.5 million to the Kilada Project with immediate effect.
