Placing and appointment of Joint Broker
Polemos, the AIM investment company, announces that it has raised £175,000 (before expenses) through the placing of 437,500,000 new Ordinary Shares of 0.01pence each (the "Ordinary Shares") at a placing price of 0.04 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Placing Shares") with certain institutional and private investors (the "Placing"). This Placing is in addition to the funds raised on 12 February 2016 and will be used to assist in seeking investment opportunities.
Application will be made for the Placing Shares, which will, on issue, rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM and such admission is expected to occur on or around 11 April 2016.
As a result of the Placing, the Company will have 1,524,407,464 Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights and admitted to trading on AIM. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Appointment of Joint Broker
Polemos is also pleased to announce that the Company has appointed Peterhouse Corporate Finance as the Company's joint broker with immediate effect.
