Notification of transactions of directors, persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) or connected parties
Progressive Digital Media Group plc announces that on 26 September 2011 the following transactions in the company's ordinary shares of 0.01p occurred:
Mr Mark Meek, Chief Executive bought 258,000 ordinary shares at a price of 15.5 pence per share. Following the above transaction, Mr Meek now holds an interest of 258,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.07% of the issued share capital of the company.
Mr Stephen Bradley, Finance Director also bought 172,000 ordinary shares at a price of 15.5 pence per share. Mr Bradley now holds an interest of 182,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.05% of the issued share capital of the company.
