GlobalData announces that it received notification on 14 January 2021, that Mike Danson (CEO) sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company respectively, at a price of 1,100 pence per share. Further detail is set out in the below Notification of Dealing Form.
Following the sale Mike Danson holds 64.9 per cent of the Company's share capital. The shares sold represent 0.8 per cent of the Company's issued shares.
