Transaction in Own Shares

GlobalData Plc ("GlobalData" or the "Company") announces that, in accordance with the terms of its Share Buyback Programme which commenced on 31 March 2026, the Company purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of £0.0001 each through Investec Bank plc ("Investec") in the period from 30 April 2026 to 6 May 2026.

Ordinary Shares

The Company will cancel the repurchased shares. Following the purchase of these shares, the remaining number of ordinary shares in issue will be 755,104,580 and the Group holds no ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights in GlobalData will be 755,104,580. This figure for the total number of voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 as it forms part of UK law, a full breakdown of the individual trades made by Investec on behalf of the Company as part of the Share Buyback Programme is attached to this announcement.
