Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights
The Company announces that on 14 March 2016 it purchased 70,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 120.00 pence per Ordinary Share, to be held in treasury. Following this transaction, the Company holds 266,584 Ordinary Shares in treasury.
Pursuant to the above, the Company advises that the issued share capital of IS Solutions remains as 36,583,020 Ordinary Shares, with 266,584 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total voting rights of the Company is 36,316,436.
The above voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
