Transaction in Own Shares
and Total Voting Rights
The Company today announces that on 9 September 2016 it purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 123.5 pence per Ordinary Share, to be held in treasury. Following this transaction, the Company holds 125,063 Ordinary Shares in treasury.
Pursuant to the above, the Company advises that the issued share capital of the Company remains as 37,438,329 Ordinary Shares, with 125,063 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total voting rights of the Company is 37,313,266.
The above voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
