Transaction in Own Shares
and Total Voting Rights
D4t4 Solutions Plc (AIM: D4T4, the "Company") announces that on 24 October 2022 it purchased 50,162 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 246.2792 pence each, to be held in treasury.
Further to the above transaction, the Company advises that its issued share capital stands at 40,431,453 Ordinary Shares, with 427,223 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total voting rights of the Company is 40,004,230.
The above voting rights figure of 40,004,230 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
