Director/PDMR Shareholdings
D4t4 Solutions Plc announces that on 23 January 2017, the Company received notification from Roger McDowell, Non- Executive Director, that on 20 January 2017, he sold 500,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 175 pence per Ordinary Shares. These 500,000 Ordinary Shares were sold for the benefit of his self-invested personal pension (SIPP).
Following the above transactions, Mr McDowell total beneficial holding is 1,350,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.56% of the Company's total voting rights.
