D4t4 Solutions Plc (AIM: D4t4), the AIM-listed data solutions provider, announces that Matthew Tod, Chief Data Officer, has informed the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board") that he wishes to step down from the Board at the end of September 2019 and leave the business to pursue other business opportunities.

Peter Simmonds, Non-Executive Chairman commented:

"The Board wishes to acknowledge Matthew's contribution to the business during his tenure with the group as it transitioned to a data-platform company - he leaves a solid team who can continue to drive the execution strategy for our business. We wish him every success for the future."

Peter Kear, CEO added:

"On behalf of everyone at D4t4 I would like to thank Matthew for his input over the last three years. Over the course of the last year we have made a number of senior hires in both the USA and EMEA which have been part of our objective to support our evolving business and creating a balanced, flexible and highly talented motivated team across three continents. Consequently, with a well-balanced Senior executive team, it is not our intention at this time to make any further additions to the Main Board."
